🎯 Purpose: Your honest and thoughtful input is crucial for identifying areas where we can improve, better support our team, and collectively drive VegaStack's success.
📹 Recording Your Answers:
1. Use ClickUp Clips to record your screen for the entire duration of your assessment responses.
2. During this recording, please have the Tally Form containing the assessment questions open and visible on your shared screen.
3. Navigate through the questions in the Tally Form one by one. First, clearly read the complete question aloud directly from the form, and then provide your detailed verbal answer. This process ensures we capture both the specific question context and your thoughtful response accurately.
Given the number of questions (43) and the need for detailed answers, please plan for approximately 60-90 minutes to complete the entire assessment thoughtfully.
💡 Answering the Questions:
1. Aim for clear, detailed answers. Avoid vague statements and provide specific examples or observations where possible. Your goal should be constructive feedback that helps us understand your viewpoint.
2. Please elaborate beyond simple 'yes' or 'no' answers. For most questions, a response of at least 4-5 thoughtful sentences is needed to provide sufficient context and detail.
3. Consider both the positive aspects you'd like to see continued and the areas for improvement.
❓ Client-Related Questions:
1. The questions under the 'Client & Service Delivery' section are focused on client interactions and understanding. If your role does not directly involve clients or service delivery, you may skip the questions in this specific section.
2. However, if you do have relevant observations or insights about clients or service delivery from your perspective, even if indirect, feel free to answer those questions.
1. ClickUp Clips has a time limit of 45 minutes per recording. If your assessment takes longer, please continue with "Part 2" and "Part 3" recordings as needed.
2. Ensure the correct window/tab containing the Tally Form is visible and properly shared throughout your screen recording. This is critical for us to match your verbal responses with the specific questions.
3. Once you've answered all questions, please save your ClickUp recording and submit it through this Tally form.
4. The insights gathered will directly inform our action planning process for organizational improvements.
